If you notice that your students are struggling to express themselves in an academic settings, then this session is for you. Academic language does not come to students naturally. It needs to be taught explicitly. You do not need to have ELLs in your classrooms to use these strategies because all students are English language learners, so attend this session to explore strategies that will support all students, not just the ELLs.
