Teaching and modeling core words promotes language development. Special needs students who are non/minimally speaking benefit from using Core Words. They offer flexibility for communication and most are also sight words, which promotes Literacy! In this session we will explore what core words are, why they are important, but mainly on how to teach/use them in fun and engaging ways. Intended for MOID/SID/AUTISM/SLP
