Today's teens and tweens struggle with setting realistic goals, following up and following through. Our team devised a way to guide students to choose appropriate (high!) goals, procedures to help them monitor their progress, and a way to reflect on their glows and grows. We implement Canvas tools, plain old paper and one to one human conversations.
