In this session, participants will explore key strategies for creating a learning environment that engages even the most challenging student. Participants will explore real examples of how "culture eats strategy (curriculum, behavior management, etc.) for breakfast." The session will emphasize the criticality of an intentional focus on creating positive experiences, relationships, and environments that yield student academic success and overall wellbeing. Session topics will also include, tips for building positive relationships, navigating unresolved trauma, and promoting "thriving" in students.
